Childbirth Class

This class provides important pregnancy and childbirth information. All moms are welcome to attend this class with their family supporters. Classes are held on Saturdays from 9:00 am-12:00 pm on the Avera St. Mary’s Hospital Campus. The cost is $50.00.

Topics Include:

• Warning signs and progression of Labor
• Relaxation breathing and other relaxation techniques
• Comfort and pain management
• Newborn Care
• Practices of Avera St. Mary’s Women’s Center

The class will be held in person.
The cost is $50.00, scholarships are available.
